Jamila Conley is a dynamic executive with over 25 years of experience aligning people, operations, and execution of corporate strategy. After almost 20 years in the tech industry she moved into entrepreneurship, founding, WeRise Wines, which is a mission based business focused on driving access and awareness of diverse wineries and winemakers.

Jamila is utilizing her extensive expertise from her previous leadership roles spanning Talent Acquisition, M&A integration, business transformation, and IT strategic solutioning to help other aspiring and established entrepreneurs form and effectively operate their businesses . She brings extensive experience in refining complex business processes and executing large-scale transformative initiatives to help solve and collaborate on a myriad of operational challenges.

Jamila holds a CPA license and aMBA in Management Information Systems. She is a Board Trustee of the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and also serves on the Board of Technology Access Foundation. In addition to Board service, Jamila is an IWF Fellow Alumnus through which she has completed executive education programs at INSEAD and Harvard Business School focused on women’s leadership in the C-suite.
